A. If you would like the shipment of your
order to be delayed, please use the optional Preferred Arrival Date calendar
during checkout. We will make every effort to ship your order so that it arrives
on the date you specify.

products guaranteed for quality and freshness?
A. Each cookie is baked with the
utmost care and individually packaged (usually within an hour after coming out
of the oven). Quality is our highest priority and the means of our success.
Reship Policy
Q. If the item is delayed in
shipment or not delivered due to an incorrectly or insufficiently entered
address, will Cookie in the Crate reship the item?
A. Because our products are
perishable food items & cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, we
cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered because
of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please make sure that the shipping
address is absolutely correct before you submit the order.
Return Policy
Q. Can I return an item ordered
from Cookie in the Crate?
A. Unfortunately, because our
products are perishable food items, once they leave our facility we cannot
